The success rate for passing the technical training Board exams and improved income through employment as skilled labor reflect the importance of providing the Afghan refugee communities courses in skilled trades. 

All six hundreds (600) participants at the training center in Mansehra and in respective camps (for women trainees) passed the government exam with an average score of 85%. In order to help graduates find dignified livelihoods, the organization seeks employment and apprenticeship opportunities for trained graduates. More importantly, the capacities are being put into practice; three hundred and sixty two graduates (280 men and 80 women) secured employment and have increased family income. One hundred and two graduates returned and are working for development in Afghanistan.
