REPORTS TO: Communications Director
DUTY STATION : Islamabad
PROJECT: USAID Pakistan Entrepreneurs

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in communication, or a related field, from a reputable university Masters is an advantage.
2. Six- Eight years of relevant (communication) experience.
3. Experience with USAID projects; and strong understanding and familiarity with USAID branding and marking regulations.
4. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Wide network with media practitioners.
6. Ability to rapidly assimilate information and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
7. Creative and strategic thinker, able to analyze, problem solve and clearly articulate concepts and solutions, with a strong eye for detail.
8. Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously, while being a good team player.
9. Basic photography skills, color correction and treatment of pictures specifically Adobe Photoshop, design work on Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Illustrator.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum MBA(Fin) or B.Com with 3-4 years of relevant experience in reputable organization. Candidate must have command of working in Quick Book accounting software.

Responsibilities:
1. To take care of all financial matters of the region including but not limited to monthly financial reports, vouchering, accounting etc.
2. Regularly and timely preparation of payment vouchers and data entries into Quick Book, accounting software.
3. Preparation of Accounting Software Generated Reports including Trial Balance, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable and Income & Expenditure Reports etc.
4. Responsible of staff salaries preparation and deduction including P.F,EOBI, Advance Tax etc.
5. Make sure that all payments are as per HDF Policy and Statutory requirements.
6. Responsible for maintenance of proper and accurate handling of bank accounts and maintain Cheque Register.
7. Monthly submission of EOBI statement.
8. Maintain Provident Fund Record including deduction, posting thereof and loan.
9. Any other task assigned by supervisor.

Only short listed candidates will be called for test and interview. No TA/DA or any other expenses will be reimbursed by HDF.
