Project Officer
Key Tasks: Work closely with the project team in order to plan and implement the project activities timely, make connections with other stakeholders such as media, government officials and CSOs for better coordination and networking, report writing, documentation, monitoring, supervision and coordination with local strategic partners (LSPs).

Requirements: Masters in Social Sciences, at least 3-5 years’ experience working in development sector especially for promoting peace and harmony, prior experience of working in Rawalpindi district and Islamabad, capacity of working under pressure to meet the deadlines, excellent communication and report writing skills especially in English, readiness to work in field and with communities, proficient use of In page, Excel, PowerPoint and Coral.

Key Tasks: implement the project activities as per plan, liaison with Local Strategic Partner and other stakeholders, events management skills, monitoring, data gathering and report writing. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Social Sciences, at least 2-4 years’ experience working in development sector especially in field and with communities, Prior experience of working in Rawalpindi district and Islamabad. Good command on communication and report writing, good computer skills. Jobs opportunities in Australian High Commission for Pakistan, seeking suitably qualified and highly motivated people to fill several positions in the Immigration and Citizenship Section. • Ensures Master Roll has been properly filled
• Performs Cash for Work payments according to Master Rolls and CfW documentation
• Checks all payment requests before cash disbursement ensuring that each request is correctly made and it
is approved for payment according to CESVI procedures
• Ensures the maintenance of all physical documentation in respect of Cesvi procedures
• Hands over vouchers for Ginko booking on weekly basis or as required
• Any other tasks delegated by the Project Manager/Country Admininstrator
• She/he works precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations
• She/he should be able to prioritize the work as per project management decisions
